To support our team onboard we are looking for an experienced and motivated:
Sous Chef seasonal contract
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading and supervising the galley team in all kitchen activities in cooperation with Executive Chef
Ensure elegant food presentation and quality of food at all times
Controls food consumption by monitoring production, waste and portion size
Co-Responsible for ensuring compliance with sanitation standards of the HACCP
Relieving Executive Chef during his absence
The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef role would have
5 years experience of which at least 3 years as Chef de Partie or 1 year as Sous Chef in 4 or 5* establishment
Hands on approach to work
Good knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures
Good IT and communication skills
Good command of English
